For Dogs:-
The full grooming treatment
Comprises of the removal of dead hair, foot tidy which includes nail, pad and in between pad trim, ear clean, mouth freshen, our unique two stage shampoo, warm blow dry, coat styling and a finish with one of our lovely natural pet colognes.
Includes styling method required:- handstripping, carding, clipping or scissors triming.
The re-fresher
For in between our full grooms, removal of dead hair, our unique two stage shampoo, warm blow dry and a spritz of natural pet cologne.
The Maintenance Groom
A 30 – 45 minute groom designed to keep your dog’s coat in tip top condition in between full grooms. Very effective those dogs with double coats or longhaired breds. Such as the Newfoundland, Golden Retriever, Cocker spaniel, Springer Spaniel, Australian Sheppard, German Shepherd, Chow-Chow, Tibetan Terrier, Labradoodle, Cockerpoo, Shihtzu plus many more.

COAT COLOUR ENHANCING & WHITENING CONDITIONING BATH*
One of our natural colour enhancing and whitening shampoos and conditioning treatments will intensify the natural coat colour for your dog – for black, white, red, brown or copper coats – and leave it feeling silky smooth and full of shine.
TEAR STAIN TREATMENT*
Our natural Tear Stain removal Treatment is externally applied, this safe, non-irritating and effective cleanser helps to remove stains and inhibit dark-staining production. Our products do not contain bleach, peroxide, steroids or other harmful agents. This treatment can be purchased includes the first application and guidance from your groomer on how to apply at home. With an opportunity to purchase a starter pack or continue to use our in house service.
LUXURY SPA EXPERIENCE*
A time for your loved companion to relax in a lavish relaxing bubble bath, to soothe and relax tired muscles. With a relaxing massage focusing on tired muscles. This will be followed by an intense moisturizing shampoo and conditioning treatment. Also includes a luxury warm towel wrap and a conditioning spray to finish.
PET PEDICURE*
This relaxing pedicure includes a paw soak, nail trim, between pads and paw trim, steam towels to soften paw pads and a gentle paw massage using one of a carefully selected balms or creams. The treatment helps to heal paws damaged by gravel, asphalt, snow, salt-treated roads and hot pavements, and the vitamin-enriched conditioners keep paws soft, making them less likely to crack.
FACIAL*
A refreshing and hydrating facial scrub to cleanse, soothe and balance. It has a natural and gentle exfoliating effect, helping to remove dirt and unsightly tear stains around the eyes and mouth. The treatment includes a relaxing head massage.
TEA TREE CONDITIONING TREATMENT IDEAL FOR SENSITIVE SKIN*
A gentle treatment using our Tea Tree Shampoo and Conditioning Spray. Natural Australian tea tree oil helps heal and soothe skin irritations, whilst a leave-in conditioner adds shine to dull, dry coats.
MUD THEARAPY BATH*
In mud-containing minerals, sea mud and seaweed extract is gently massaged into the skin. Designed to maintain healthy skin and a smooth, lustrous coat, this treatment removes the waste from deep inside the pores that cannot be washed away with ordinary shampoo. The treatment includes a warm towel wrap. Mud therapy is benefit in treating parasites such as fleas and ticks.
FRESH BREATH TREATMENT*
Treat your pet to our Fresh Breath Treatment after their groom. Our mouth brush and enzyme mouth gel blends natural, holistic ingredients to kill germs that cause bad breath, plaque and gingivitis. This gentle treatment soothes minor gum irritations and produces a healthy oral environment. The treatment includes the first application, with guidance from your groomer on how to apply at home. Fresh breath starter kits are available to purchase in-store for regular home application or you can use our in house service.
We provide a grooming experience that your dog enjoys, while we keep boundaries we do not force your dog into situations they find stressful.
Further information on Handstripping;- method of removing the dead outer coat so that new harsh hair can grow through. Some examples of the breeds would be border terrier, Petite basset griffon vendeen, Dachshund (Wirehaired), Airedale Terrier, Dandie Dinmont, Lakeland Terrier, Schnauzer, Spinone Italiano, Dachshund (Wirehaired). We encourage having a rolling coat for these breeds which requires grooming on average every 12wks. This reduces grooming time for your dog as the removal of a blown coat takes much longer.

Other Animals
Cats:-
Full groom:- This involves a health check prior to any grooming. Followed by a full brush ensuring no matts, nails clipped if needed, ears and eyes cleaned, bath and shampoo, dry followed by further grooming needs brushing, trimming, ending with a spray.
Dry Groom:-health check, brush and de-matt (if needed) nails clipped, eyes and ears cleaned with a finishing spray.
Rabbits and Guinea Pigs:-
Full groom:-brush, nails, bath and dry, trim if required.
Basic groom:-brush and nails.
Please feel free to contact us for price details of services, all prices arequoted based on a healthy, well groomed and well behaved pet. If you pet is aggressive, over weight, experinces health problems, has had limited grooming or matted please be honest and let us know. We do not judge wejust like to be be able to be honest on the cost of the work involved.
Matted and Pelted Coats
If pets are not groomed and cared for regularly the coat becomes matted and further stage of pelted this is very painful for the animal and illegal please follow this link to find out more.
Due to the increase on groomers time in first managing a dogs distress, the amount of physical effort needed by a groomer to remove coat and increased wear and tear on equipment matted dogs have their own price’s. Each dog will have to be assessed by a groomer before a price is quoted. (all assessments are free.)
If you have a matted dog please be honest and let us know at point of booking as extra time has to be allowed.
Please do not feel that cutting out mats yourself will reduce any cost if they are not done correctly you could end up with a larger vet bill.
We are happy to work with you to ensure that if your dog/pets coat is in a healthy condition and support you in managing your dogs/pets coat.
